How long does shipping take for pre-order items?
Since many of our fashion items are produced in limited runs, shipping typically takes 4–8 weeks after the pre-order window closes. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy on limited edition apparel?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Please note that 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements against a garment you already own to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our exclusive collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the production process begins for our limited runs, and we may be unable to make changes to your order.
